CloudStone Education are recruiting for a skilled and organised individual to join a secondary school based in Kensington and Chelsea as a School Secretary. As the School Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the school's front office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner, directing them as necessary
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate staff members
  • Manage the school's administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for staff and students
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and manage correspondence as required
  • Support the administrative team with various projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
