We are currently seeking a dedicated School Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at an all-boys SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in the heart of Dorking, Surrey. Our school caters to students aged 9 to 16, providing a supportive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

As our School Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of our school, providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our front office. Your responsibilities will include:

?? Greeting visitors, parents, and students with warmth and professionalism ?? Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner ?? Managing student attendance records and assisting with student admissions ?? Organizing and maintaining school files, records, and documentation ?? Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed by the school leadership team

The successful candidate will possess:

?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?? Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail ?? Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) ?? A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for working with young people ?? Previous experience in a school or similar administrative role is desirable but not essential
