We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance activities, including repairs, painting, basic plumbing, and carpentry. The successful candidate will also manage car park traffic and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. An on-call rota is in place to cover out-of-hours emergencies.

• Undertake various maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, basic plumbing, and carpentry.
• Manage car park traffic and ensure driver safety.
• Perform meticulous cleaning and sanitising duties.
• Respond to out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis.
• Maintain the school’s facilities to a high standard, contributing to the safe and welcoming environment for all students and staff.

• Experience in maintenance work, including basic plumbing and carpentry.
• Confidence in managing car park traffic and interacting with drivers.
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning and sanitising tasks.
• Ability to respond to out-of-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rota.
