This is a 30 hour a week, permanent opportunity for an organised and self-motivated individual who will work as part of a team to undertake cleaning duties within a School located outside of Sherborne.  As part of this role, you will need to ensure that the premises are clean, tidy and presented to the highest standard.

This role is Monday to Friday.  Ideally working hours would be 5.00am – 11.00am however, they would be able to accommodate 6.00am – 12.00pm if preferred.  The salary for this position is £17,846 pa.

As part of the domestic assistant’s team, you will ensure that all rooms are clean and tidy including toilet, shower areas and kitchens including appliances.  You will be responsible for the cleaning of hard and carpeted floors, glass and furniture and fittings and the collection and disposal of rubbish and recycling.

You will be required to complete a deep clean on a termly basis and are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the relevant person.  You must be flexible to complete any other tasks as and when necessary and adhere to health and safety at all times.
