Do you have proven excellent proven administration skills, including data inputting, written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to cope well under pressure.  

What’s involved:

Working in a school whether primary and secondary education, can be very rewarding, but it also can be very challenging.

A Receptionist / Administrator's role depends on whether it’s a small primary school or a large secondary school, for example, where duties will be divvied up between a team. But expect the role to cover the following duties below:

You are expected to support all members the team, working together for a common goal and to be mindful of the safeguarding all pupils, be respectful to parents, staff and visitors.

Skills and experience you will have:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

• Methodical and well-organised.

• Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail.

• Confidence with figures.

• Good ICT skills.

• Able to relate well with pupils, teachers and parents.

• Able to prioritise work.

• Sensitivity and understanding.

Safeguarding Training:

You will be required to undertake Reed Safeguarding training which will be Online training course which should take no longer the 15-20mins. Please complete the

An Enhanced DBS will be required - we can take you through application.

Hours Monday to Friday   - Term Time only (flexible)

Hours can be between 8/8.30 to 4/4.30
