Are you an experienced and dynamic School Administrator looking for a rewarding opportunity in a Mainstream Secondary School in Lewisham? We have an immediate opening that could be either full-time or part-time, lasting until the end of the academic year.

Position: School Administrator

Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Lewisham

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Until the end of the academic year

Salary: £13-£15 per hour (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in school-based administration.
  • Training with school systems such as SIMS, Bromcom, Microsoft, etc.
  • Valid DBS on the update service.

Responsibilities: As a School Administrator, you will be a key player in maintaining the smooth operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing the school's administrative processes.
  • Handling student records, attendance, and enrolment procedures using school systems (SIMS, Bromcom, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Providing excellent front-of-house service, including managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Assisting with the coordination of school events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Collaborating with staff, parents, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
