Do you have the skills and experience to handle administrative tasks? Are you comfortable supporting people of the phone?

We are supporting a coeducation comprehensive school in Milton Keynes, who are looking to appoint a School Administrator to support the busy school office during a busy period. The school is a part of a multi-academy trust who have a strong ethos of inclusion, respect, and excellence, and they are committed to providing our students with the best life opportunities.

As a Secondary School Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting with all allocated administration tasks, answering questions and enquiries via telephone and email, understanding the school’s policies, communicating with parents, teachers, and students as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

This is a temporary position working 8.30am to 16.00pm, Monday to Thursday(Friday the finish at 15.30pm), offering a pay rate of £12- £13 per hour, depending on experience.
