School Administrator
CloudStone Education are recruiting for an organised and proactive School Administrator to join a school based in Southwark. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes within the school. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of a school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to student enrollment, attendance, and other administrative matters
- Assist with student admissions, registration, and enrollment processes
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling and preparing relevant materials
- Provide administrative support to staff, students, and parents as needed
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
