The Company:

We are working with a client that over the last year has developed a brand new scheme and has been very successful in growing a new book of bespoke business.

Our client is a successful and growing insurance broker in the South Wales area who deal with a wide range of commercial clients and offer a brilliant service to their clients and a friendly and close-knit working environment.

The Role:

Working closely with the Schemes Manager, you'll be a point of contact for customers with product queries, using the portal and providing quotations to customers.

You'll be answering calls, emails, taking payments and advising on credit terms. Supporting with all administrative and IT tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong and clear telephone manner is essential, with good communication skills in verbal and written capacity vital
• Previous experience from a customer service background
• Ability to work under pressure
• Insurance industry experience is ideal
• Capable of dealing with a diverse range of clientele, including vulnerable customers
