We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to lead and manage our Foundry Mews and Everall Court supported living schemes which provide support for adults with mental health support needs to build the skills to move on independently.

Reporting to the Locality Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the management of the schemes and will lead a team of staff to provide person centred care and support that enables service users to be as independent and self-determining as possible. You will also be responsible for managing the financial and administrative procedures of the schemes and ensuring a high standard of care and support is always maintained by regulations and contractual specifications.

You must have experience managing services for adults with mental health support needs and a strong working knowledge of the framework of Person-Centred Care and Positive Behaviour Support.
