Due to growth within the business my client is looking for a scheduler to join their team to support their clients’ customers both internal and external. The scheduler’s role will aim to provide quick and efficient service to customers booking installations and arranging service calls on their products. You will be dealing with customers on a day to day basic so having exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to overcome challenges is essential!

Scheduler Package:

  • £25,000 - £27,000.
  • Remote working but needs to be located around the Northampton area.
  • Monday - Friday.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Insuring a smooth installations rollout for new customers.
  • Supporting external contractors.
  • Working with other areas of the business.
  • Average of 250 emails/ calls handled per day.
  • Keeping daily management accurate.

Scheduler Requirements:

  • Great people and customer service skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner is essential!
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as ability to adapt to bespoke software packages.
  • Quick learner with ability to maintain knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a "can do" attitude.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and able to prioritise work effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
