Having doubled in size in recent years to over 1,000 dedicated Fire & Security specialists across the UK, we attract the best talent in the market by offering fantastic career progression opportunities, our own in-house training academy, as well as great remuneration and benefits packages including; Royal London pensions, life assurance, paid holidays, mental health & well-being scheme, paid refer a friend scheme......Our Schedulers & PlannersEfficiently and profitably schedule and dispatch Service & Maintenance Engineers on behalf of Marlowe Fire and Security in order to complete corrective and preventative maintenance visits in line with customer requirements and industry standards. Requires excellent customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with all departments within the business supporting our Customer Charter. Scheduling of all work within designated region in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Proactively monitor engineer's activity to ensure that you touch base with all your engineers' daily, ensuring early dispatch & attendance of first job & monitor throughout the day to ensure job completion. Build and maintain good working relationships with your Engineers, Stores/Supply Chain Department & Regional Service Manager (RSM) to ensure all calls are actioned accordingly Work closely with your manager and support your assigned Regional Service Manager (RSM) to meet customer expectations. Liaise with key clients over the phone to enhance both internal & external working relationships Completing the Regional Schedulers checklist on a daily, weekly & monthly basis maintaining an audit trail of this activity for yourself & your regional scheduler. Sharing weekly data with RSM Monitor Scheduling Portal (Cash4Windows) to ensure real time visibility of your engineers, highlighting any anomalies to your RSM. Add clear notes to portals outlining "What happens next & when" to reflect any pertinent information. Update client portals and helpdesks in line with specific account instructions. Retrieve all phone and email messages and process accordingly within Service Level Agreements (SLA). Booking of works with sites in accordance with customer & site requirements. Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time to allow invoice to be created. Ensure Area is clear of jobs at end of shift by contacting each engineer by telephone, passing any high priority jobs for same day attendance to the on-call engineer & gaining support from tech support help desk. RequirementsWho We're Looking ForIn addition to having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Fire & Security employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team..... For this opportunity, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer: At least 2 years' experience in a Scheduling / Planning / Coordinating role. Experience of Scheduling Field based colleagues, such as Engineers would be an ideal background, however, other similar industry experience would definitely be considered and welcomed Familiarity of using in house and external systems and databases - Cash4Windows (C4W) would be a significant advantage, but not mandatory Proactive approach to management of workload.
