Saturday Telephone Sales Team

Hours: 9.30am - 4.00pm

Salary: £10-£13ph base salary + bonus on sales achievement

This is a great opportunity to build your sales and office experience, within a well-respected company in their offices west of Reading. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing with excellent telephone manner. Any prior experience within an office sales environment could be an advantage, however full training will be provided. This role could suit a University Student with own transport.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively making outbound sales calls to warm prospects - no cold calling
  • Developing leads generated through previous inbound customer enquiries
  • Providing accurate quotes for services, dealing with any queries and providing information on current promotions
  • Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Building relationships over the phone in a short timeframe
  • Maintaining accurate information on the CRM

Requirements:

  • A confident, outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills and upbeat telephone manner
  • Enjoys working with customers and within a team
  • Good general PC skills
  • License and own transport ideal
