Job Title: SAP Reporting Analyst

Duration: 6-12 Months with the chance of extension

Pay: £40.00 per hour

Location: Wolverhampton

Working Pattern: Hybrid Working - Flexible split (Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week)

Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking a SAP Reporting Analyst to join one of our prestigious Aerospace clients based in Wolverhampton. You will be the local Finance team's first point of contact for day-to-day SAP queries and issues, providing training and ensuring best practice implementation, whilst also managing longer term projects to drive business performance. In addition, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of the site's finances in OneStream.

Key Responsibilities

SAP super-user

• Liaison between SAP end users and SAP Finance Lead
• Identify and manage issues raised locally.
• Support and manage recurring SAP tasks incl. month end, batch job monitoring and Standard Cost calculation.
• Respond to basic 'How-to' questions, such as 'which report should I use to…?'; 'what does this field mean?'
• Maintain SAP best practice and implement solutions for changing business requirements.
• Gather business requirements for change requests.

OneStream reporting lead

• Ownership of OneStream reporting, including load of P&L, balance sheet and supplemental for month end actual forecasts
• Collaborate with Digital and Value Stream Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Ad hoc project support across UK Finance
• Process improvement requiring underlying SAP support.
• Manage projects to support business performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience and interest in ERP systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Extensive SAP experience
• Qualified or working towards a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to articulate financial problems to non-financial individuals.

Desirable

• Experience with SAP ERP within a manufacturing environment
• OneStream or similar financial consolidation system experience
• SAP (ECC)
