This is the exciting opportunity for an established SAP assessor to join a nationwide Energy and Sustainability consultancy to provide a range of services to a wide range of clients.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and assessments
  • Produce general energy and sustainability reports and statements
  • Use IES software to carry out overheating analysis to TM59
  • Provide highly technical services and solutions to clients to build and develop working relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An OCDEA accreditation with at least 2 years' experience carrying out SAP Assessments within a relevant role
  • Ideally an educational background within energy and sustainability
  • Experience with IES software and carrying out SBEM calculations.
  • It would be advantageous to have experience with Part O regulations and overheating analysis, but training can be provided
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
