Salesperson/ Yard Assistant

In this role you will work as part of our internal and external teams of staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Providing advice on products to customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and checking orders
• Storing stock safely
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Building industry knowledge - preferred but not essential

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis so we are looking for someone that:

• Has the likeability factor
• Has excellent customer service/ sales skills
• Hard working
• Positive attitude
• Good attention to detail.
• Please be aware the shift pattern for this role includes alternate Saturday mornings.
