In the role of our Salesforce Product Manager, you will play a vital role in steering the strategic evolution and enhancement of our Salesforce platform and connected applications, to boost sales efficiency, streamline business operations, and enhance customer interaction.

By collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and assist them in prioritising actions on their roadmap, you will be key to fostering harmony across departments and shaping a unified vision.

To excel in this position, you must possess patience, adept negotiation skills (especially when dealing with demanding personalities), and a strategic, methodical approach to your work. Working closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, and define product specifications will be a fundamental aspect of your responsibilities.

Leading a team of business analysts, and working in concert with Salesforce developers and administrators, you will be tasked with managing and reconciling conflicting demands to establish a comprehensive development strategy.

You are not one to tolerate inefficient resource usage, as this could impact your relationships with internal stakeholders. Your role will involve managing diverse perspectives and aligning them to create a unified vision that best serves the needs of the wider Commercial function.

As a Salesforce Product Manager, you are instrumental in leveraging our recent Salesforce replatforming, and steering a significant transition towards a sustainable business model through a substantial IT transformation. You will relish the diverse range of tasks and individuals you will collaborate with, providing you with a deep insight into our business strategy.

Your responsibilities will encompass leading cross-functional project teams, conducting market analyses, and influencing the direction of future developments. You will thrive on the variety of tasks and relish the challenge of playing a key role in devising sales strategies within an ultra-luxury market.

The Key Requirements...

  • Proven track record in product management roles, with experience leading the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Experience in a complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development.
  • Strong experience assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and is aligned with strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
  • Strong communicator and comfortable in explaining Salesforce design/ architecture & roadmap to a wide range of audiences from both technology and business backgrounds.
