Salesforce Administrator

Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 + up to 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: London (hybrid working)

My client is a rapidly growing international organisation offering a range of solutions to the global Professional Services sector. Although exceptionally successful to-date, they continue to seek stretching organic growth within each business unit and also via potential additional complimentary services, typically through acquisition. Underpinning this strategy is a focus on being a 'smart user’ of tech adopting both build and buy strategies.

This role will be Salesforce centric but will support other systems. It suits someone who is passionate about creating solutions for the business and seeing end users benefit from those solutions, as well as supporting internal/external stakeholders troubleshooting their issues.

You will manage the Salesforce platform ensuring it meets the needs of the business.

The Role

  • Salesforce management and product support
  • Work with colleagues and Product Managers to identify and create secure and well-functioning software solutions
  • Build, configure and automate technology solutions to deliver business value
  • Setting up new users and dealing with user role changes
  • Support and log issues, identifying and analysing problems with applications
