Salesforce Administrator - £35-40k

To play a key role in optimizing the Salesforce platform.

To be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, support, and improvement of the Salesforce instance.

To collaborate closely with key stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and implement solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:-
Administer and configure Salesforce to support business processes and workflows.

Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet user requirements.

Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

Maintain data integrity by performing regular data cleansing and deduplication activities.

Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce implementations.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for developed solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices.

Document system configurations, processes, and procedures

Experience and Skills:-

A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

A strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience would be a distinct advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.

Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
