This is an outstanding opening to work in a growing company who are going through a large IT Transformation Project. This is a fantastic opening for someone to roll out a Greenfield Salesforce implementation. We are looking for a career driven person who wants to make BIG difference!

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Group IT Director and working closely with the Group Services support team, the CRM Manager will manage the day to day usage of Salesforce including advanced user support, training, report and dashboard design, and system improvements.
  • The CRM Manager will enhance and develop the Salesforce org to integrate new capabilities and help onboard new teams on a regular basis.
  • Location, flexible working with 2 days per week in the office in Tunbridge Wells or Maidstone

Qualifications & Skills

  • Senior Salesforce Administrator qualified with experience of managing multi-business unit Salesforce organisations.
  • Prior experience of Pardot, Conga and accounting system integration is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
