Are you a motivated Property Sales Valuer?   Looking to work in Central London?

My client based in Central London, is looking for an experienced sales valuer to join their team.  The role will be office-based as valuations will be conducted via the telephone.

Salary package on offer for the role of Sales Valuer:

The successful candidate will be offered a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £70,000 as well as other staff benefits

Working Hours:

As a Sales Valuer you will be working full time

Requirements for the role of Sales Valuer:

  • Minimum of 2 years valuation experience
  • Competitive
  • Organised and efficient
  • Works well under pressure
  • Strong and confident telephone manner

Responsibilities included in the role of Sales Valuer:

  • Booking and conducting telephone valuations
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Upselling other services
  • Working well under pressure
