Are you an aspiring Sales Valuer looking to join one of the biggest independent agents in Lancaster whose diaries are constantly full of hot leads?

We are currently looking for a high-performing Valuer to join our client and their extremely successful team in Lancaster, Lancashire!

Working hours:

As a Valuer you will be required to work full time

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

  • A basic of £23,000
  • £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Car allowance
  • Well being package
  • Clear career progression

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:

  • Worked within an estate agency before
  • Previous Valuer work is preferred but not required
  • Basic IT skills
  • Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence and vehicle
  • Ability to close business
  • Personable

As a Sales Valuer your role will involve:

  • Generate potential valuation, viewing, financial services and legal appointments.
  • Follow up business leads.
  • Achieve minimum levels of business targets. Strong negotiation skills.
  • A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.
  • Confident and able to work alone, as well as in a team.
