As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth while upholding a commitment to exceptional service. Ideal candidates will possess a proactive approach, strong teamwork skills, and a valid driver's license. While previous sales valuation experience is essential, our client will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to nurture your talents and enhance your capabilities.

Sales Valuer Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
• Maintaining excellent communication with sellers, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Conducting accurate property valuations to maximise client satisfaction.
• Leveraging existing networks to drive business growth.
• Contributing to the development of the Land & New Homes sector.
• Assisting in the creation of professional property marketing and state-of-the-art property tour videos for social media

In return, the company offers:

• A basic salary up to £25,000 pa (DOE)
• An OTE of £60 - £70,000 pa
