Hours - Monday to Friday full time
Salary - £26,000-£28,000
Our Corby based client is recruiting a Sales Support Specialist on a permanent basis. Working as part of the Internal Sales & Marketing team this role is responsible for examining and processing orders, taking telephone and email enquiries, keeping the CRM system current and up to date. You will also be working with the team to create commercial proposals/quotes)for opportunities the Key Account Managers or Area Sales Managers have qualified.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders in Sage X3.
- Ensure contract terms are documented for handover to internal stakeholders
- Handle telephone/email enquiries and add to the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Ensure Salesforce is up to date at all times
- Raise quotations and commercial proposals for ASMs, KAMs and Customers
- Logistics planning and organisation
- Manage parts enquiries
- Ensure compliance with all associated standards ISO, H&S and Environmental
- The successful candidate will have had experience within a similar role - ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- You will also have experience of Sage X3 or a similar ERP system, and ideally Salesforce or some other CRM system - Good MS Office skills are also required.
- An excellent communicator at all levels
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work on your own initiative
- A strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- Good problem solving ability
