We are currently recruiting for a leading luxury fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for someone who is customer focussed, commercial and has an interest in fashion!

Role:

You will be responsible for -

• Sales Administration to support the overall team
• Support the sales team and customers by answering questions, dealing with enquiries, taking orders, handling shipping and stock availability
• Owning sample management, image requests and PO management
• Coordinating the seasonal buy analysis and forecast sheets
• Product development to support customer sales
• Work in a team environment, with the ability to remain agile to meet tight deadlines

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will -

• Demonstrates drive and energy to work in a dynamic environment
• Has some connection to fashion such as a degree in fashion or has a strong interest in fashion
• Must be organised, self-motivated and strong attention to detail
• Excellent Excel skills and data driven
• Strong communication skills, "can-do" approach and self-motivated

Package:

• Basic Salary up to £30,000
• Bonus 10%
