Sales Support Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a growing and successful consumer goods company based in South West London.

This role will be supporting the UK sales team and is best suited for someone with previous experience in the consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will be energetic and self-motivated that wants to progress.

This candidate must have experience setting up new accounts on major retail portals and have knowledge of E-commerce.

Key Duties:

  • Supporting the sales team in order that all deadlines are met
  • Inputting new line forms
  • Help prepare quotes
  • Liaise with the sales teams to manage ongoing orders
  • Process orders
  • Attend customer meetings and international trade fairs if required
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to facilitate deliveries
  • Deal with general customer service enquiries

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in the consumer goods industry
  • Must have experience with setting up new accounts on major retail portals
  • Experience working in E-commerce
  • Excellent IT skills and advanced excel skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic team player
