An exciting long term temporary role has arisen for this well-known brand with offices located in Harrogate. Looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join the UK Sales Team, you be responsible for assisting with all internal and external sales personnel for customer maintenance, the role will involve;

  • Support field sales requests
  • Maintain and replenish sales samples for issuing to field
  • Support significant initiatives, new item launches & major customer reviews, presentations and special projects
  • Maintain all sales-related contracts
  • Create and publish various reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic brand and team, initially working fully from the office, after a period of probation there is an opportunity to work a more hybrid model. The successful candidate will have;

  • Prior experience in a sales or marketing coordinator role
  • Strong MS Office skills, advanced in Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, focused on delivering quality-materials to sales team
