Sales Administrator

The Company

A successful, founder led business; their products span multiple categories including beauty and gifting and are found in multiple major retailers and boutique stores too. Shipping to 35 countries around the world, all products are vegan and cruelty free.

What will you do as a Sales Administrator?

  • Liaise with the 3PL partners, ensuring orders are sent OTIF
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure any problems are addressed prior to shipping
  • Manage the process from initial order to dispatch and aftersales support
  • Process UK ecommerce and retailer orders accurately onto the system
  • Deal with stock issues, back orders and work closely with supply chain
  • Customer invoicing, CRM management and credit refunds
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners

What do you need as a Sales Administrator?

  • Sales order processing experience, ideally within FMCG or Beauty
  • Knowledge of export documentation
  • Understands the supply chain and the end-to-end cycle
  • Ability to build lasting relationships, goes above and beyond for customers
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
