Are you looking for a new challenge as a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, working for an award winning, independent Estate Agent based in their Ashford office?

Our client is an award winning, multi office, independent Estate Agent offering Sales, Lettings and New Homes services. They pride themselves on offering the very best customer service to their clients on their property journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience as a Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator, with preferably valuation experience and local knowledge. If you have no valuation experience training will be provided for the right candidate.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

Salary package and benefits for the Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £20,000 to £22,000 depending on experience
  • OTE £30,000 to £40,000 OTE
  • Car allowance

The skills needed for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator position will include:

  • Must have experience either as a Sales Negotiator or experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator within the property industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the sales process within property
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Target driven
  • Well spoken and presented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Be able to work well within a team
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner

The role of the Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator will entail:

  • Meeting with clients, property viewings
  • Valuing, or training to be able
  • Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
  • Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
  • Promoting properties via different mediums
  • Over achieve targets
