Sales Progressor - London - £35,000-£40,000 – Fulltime

My client is a global leader in the property / real estate market, they are seeking a Sales Progressor to join the team in ensuring the customer’s sale is completed in a timely and efficient manner.  They are seeking an passionate experienced professional who is excellent at building relationships externally and internally and possess outstanding problem solving skills.
Roles include:
  • Ensure lawyers and site sales teams are aware of all changes to drawings which impact on purchasers
  • Checking authority to exchange/contracts/leases/transfers, getting documents signed, scanned and returned to Solicitors
  • Liaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.
  • Ensure money laundering documents are obtained and meet all anti money laundering criteria. Ensuring the AML is certified correctly, World Checks are carried out in accordance with the AML and flagged if any strong/exact matches.
  • Ensure all staged payments are received on or before the correct date
  • Carry out world checks once advance payments are received.

Experience Required 

  • Sales progression within property sector ideally new homes
  • Legal conveyancing knowledge
  • Customer focused, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Competent in all Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all situations
  • Able to work on own initiative and be comfortable dealing with all stakeholders, and be well organised and show effective diary management
