  • Monday - Friday ONLY
  • £24-28k Basic + Commission
Joining a thriving Estate Agency as a Sales Progressor you will be responsible or the Sales Pipeline and keeping everyone well informed throughout the process. 

Salary £24,000.00 - £28,000.00
Commission - Circa £8500 per annum 
  • Manage the progression of property sales in a vibrant city centre location.
  • Work with an average of 20 to 30 properties at any given time, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Earn additional incentives for completions, mortgage appointments, and solicitor completions.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales progression within the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with city centre property sales
  • Experience in achieving monthly completions, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to conduct mortgage appointments and liaise effectively with solicitors to ensure smooth completions.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a sales progression role within the real estate sector.
