SALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Brighton & Hove, BN3

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a great role for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Progressor who is proactive, organised and has the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role will particularly suit a candidate with excellent communication skills and a personable nature but previous experience of having run a significant business pipeline is essential.

You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents.

You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish. This is a Monday to Friday role with enormous potential and may potentially suit someone who is or has previously been a Senior Sales Negotiator but would like their weekends back although candidates who are currently working in this role will be given preferential consideration.

The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful, and thorough and have a good knowledge of the residential sales process, including exceptional problem-solving skills.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor role will include:

• Essential - Previous experience in Estate Agency sales progression
• Excellent customer service
• Strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of the sales process
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Confident in liaising with other sectors
