Sales progression manager required for our busy property-based client with a passion for delivering a high-quality service. If you are an experienced estate agent or possess legal property experience and are seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends working from a modern office, with a friendly team this Sales progression manager role is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced estate agent or legal property professional to join our clients expanding team in this role of sales progressor.

The role

  • Liaise with all parties involved in the property sale
  • Proactively manage the progression of property sales
  • Collate information and updates on the progress of the sale and related transactions
  • Compile reports based on the updates provided
  • Proactively manage and deal with issues that arise to minimise impact on timescales
  • Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours

The Person

  • Have knowledge or experience of estate agency, residential conveyancing, the assisted move and part exchange process
  • Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
  • Previous property sales experience
  • Motivated and keen
