Our client is an extremely successful independent estate agency on the Wirral who have a huge market share of the local property market. Within their busy team of high calibre estate agents they are now looking to add an experienced Sales Progressor.

This role is an extremely pivotal part to the sales process, and will involve everything to ensure that all customers are given an exceptional service during the stressful period of exchange and completion. You will liaise with solicitors, banks and mortgage companies, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and client expectations are met, managing and resolving any complications along the way.

This role is extremely fast paced, with deadlines to meet on a daily basis. You will have a large pipeline of sales to manage so we are looking for a multitasker who is used to managing high volumes of clients and delivering an excellent service under pressure.

Basic salary is £25,000 - £28,000 dependent upon experience, plus commission with an OTE in the region of £40,000.
