- This is an internship compensated in the form of academic credit with travel expenses covered
- The role is based in Mayfair, London
Duties Include:
- Weekly ST analysis & reporting
- Seasonal wholesale analysis and reporting
- Create seasonal training packs and care guides for retail partners
- Complete seasonal RRP files
- Maintaining the client and prospect database
- Support with wholesale and retail appointments
- Support with e-commerce order fulfilment and returns
- Purchase drop offs to clients
- Maintain the e-commerce website standards
- Assist at photoshoots and fashion shows for the brand
- Maintaining studio and showroom to a high standard
- Sample management, overseeing shipping, send-outs and returns.
- Organise samples and run all sample movement
- Create reports on sample movement, VIPs, press highlights and social account.
- Communicate daily with stylists, editors and magazine creative directors
