Sales Order Processor

£25,000 - £28,000 Plus D.O.E (Negotiable)

Due to continued growth, our established client is looking for a permanent Sales Order Processor to join their fantastic team. Providing exceptional products and enhancements to partners across the UK, our client has built an impressive reputation within their industry and continue to grow and develop year on year.

As a Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing orders in a methodical and accurate manner, particularly when under pressure. The role will range from data entry and tracking orders to communicating with customers and suppliers, ensuring that deadlines are always met. The successful Sales Order Processor will be not only proactive but also able to analyse information and prioritise the workload, all whilst maintaining a high reputation.

Responsibilities of the Sales Order Processor:

  • Accurately process orders
  • Provide customers with order acknowledgements
  • Provide factory with accurate works instructions to aid efficient manufacturing
  • Respond to enquiries and new requests
  • Check orders to ensure accuracy
  • Order products from suppliers
  • Update order information

Experience/Skills:

  • Previous sales order processing experience
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 17:00 and Friday 8:30 - 16:00.
