Are you looking for a small but dynamic company that provides solutions in varied industries? We are working with an innovative and growing company based in Guildford who is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator with strong order processing experience and good Excel knowledge.

Please note that due to the remote location of the company, you will need to be a driver with your own car.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client's small and friendly team, contributing to the overall success of their sales and order processing operations. If you consider yourself a proactive and motivated person who possesses excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, we encourage you to apply.

In return, the successful applicant will be offered:

•Salary between 25-30k depending on experience
•Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm (30 minute lunch break)
•20 days holiday plus bank holidays (3 days to save for Christmas shut-down)

As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

•Sales order processing
•All purchase order processing and supply chain management.
•Liaising and developing relationships with all clients and suppliers worldwide
•Responding to queries over the phone and via email
•Liaising and communicating with external and internal sales team

We are eager to speak to candidates who have, ideally, 1-3 years of experience working in Sales Administration or Sales Support. Essential skills for this role are good computer and numerical literacy, proactivity, as well as strong organisational and time management skills. We'd love to connect with applicants who are excellent communicators and have a great telephone manner. The ideal candidate would also have used Salesforce and Xero for order processing before.
