Sales & Operations Manager Cayman Island

$48K USD BASE & $24K UDS BONUS TAX FREE,

RELOCATION PACKAGE + VISA SUPPORT

ABOUT:

• Luxury beauty and skincare brand based within the Cayman Islands
• Synonymous for easy luxury shopping and delivering service excellence
• Offering many beautiful and well known brands under one roof as well as online presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Group financial performance and growth, including revenue and key performance indicators.
• Staff Management and development, mentor, train and coach
• Maintain and achieve high levels of customer service
• Optimize day to day store operations and inventory control.
• Coordinate and align business marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 years experience within luxury cosmetics, fragrance and skincare.
• Fluent English required and additionally Spanish would be extremely beneficial but not essential.
• Experience managing teams and sales
• Experience in achieving high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
• Confident and friendly approach, people centric. Can manage a small but diverse team empathically.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Performance Management and strategic planning
• Retail operations and Inventory control.
• HR and people management
• Professional qualifications in makeup artistry, skincare consultation or industry leading makeup and skincare brands would be an asset.

OFFERING:

• Strong base salary and bonus potential - tax free, $40k CD / $48k USD + up to $20k CD / $24k USD.
