Sales Office Manager

My client is the inventor of stretch film in Europe and has been an innovative producer of a wide range of 100% recyclable premium products for over 50 years. They are rapidly growing and need someone like YOU, an experienced Sales Manager to come in and manage the strategy behind its next phase in its operations.

Daily actions will include:

• To help and support the internal sales team with queries and pricing.
• Helping the team to identify sales opportunities.
• Ensuring members of the internal team are meeting KPI’s and developing plans and initiatives to develop this success.
• Helping the team with pricing queries in order to win business but achieve company targets.
• Identifying training requirements within the team and facilitating this either through internal or external means.
• Dealing with any customer issues via email, phone or Teams meetings.
• Recording and analysis of customer issues with the development of corrective action.
• Being a key point of contact for our haulier to ensure KPI’s are met and a high level of customer service is achieved.
• Identifying areas for continual improvement within the team to ensure company targets are achieved and exceed and processes in place are efficient and effective.
• Analysis of orders to ensure required margins are being achieved and developing ways of increasing margins.
• Liaising with colleagues from our group companies across Europe to share data and ideas.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Authorising the release of credits and returns.
• Helping to facilitate the travel arrangements during visits from our head office.
• Within time help to maintain the company’s quality management system.

Relevant Experience:

• 2+ plus years in a Sales Managment role previously.
• Management of 5+ plus people prior.
• Attention to detail.
• Confidence to Sell Anything!!!
