The company

You will be joining an incredibly experienced team with a wealth of experience serving some of the most exclusive postcodes in West London. The company is independent and has as solid and long standing reputation across the Kensington & Chelsea borough.

The role

As a sales negotiator you will be a pivotal part of team, you will be working closely with the team and Sales Director and you will have access to the entire market.

Regularly contacting buyers and focus on building strong relationships, following up on leads, booking and attending viewings.?

As a fundamental member of the office you will be expected to lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales process and will use initiative and experience to ensure smooth transactions.

What's needed

  • Must have an ambitious and can do attitude
  • Should be a natural sales person with the ability to communicate
  • Good knowledge of the sales market
  • Have experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • Competitive energy and willingness to thrive in commission role
  • Full driving license

  • OTE £50-£60k plus
  • Guaranteed salary whilst building pipeline
  • Car allowance/use of pool car

  • Saturday rota 1 in every 4
