Sales Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent, who are looking for an Lettings Negotiator to join their team in top-performing team in Brentford.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify applicants and match them with suitable properties
• Proactively generate opportunities through high-volume calls
• Cross-sell between branches and New Homes offerings
• Collaborate with the team to meet targets
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• 2 years' proven experience in residential sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the West London property market
• Proactive and target-driven mindset
• Understanding of the sales process and legislation
• Dedication to exceeding client expectations
• Valid driving license

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 in 3)
