GKR is delighted to be recruiting for a global powerhouse in the Real Estate industry, as they seek to add a Sales Negotiator.  
  
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading brand in the London market, in a high performing team, off the back of a successful 2023. The team is now requiring a Sales Negotiator to join their collaborative function.

Main duties:
  • Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the buying process.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
  • Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.
  
What we need in you:
  • At least 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in London.
  • High achiever.
  • Engaging personality, well spoken.
  • Motivated and driven.
