SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location:  Paddington, W2

Salary: OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join their professional team based in Paddington, W2.

You must be able to work independently as well as work well as a team; make decisions and deal with people in a calm and professional manner. You need to be hard working, organised, with an eye for detail and highly motivated.

The ideal candidates must have previous experience in residential sales, coupled with excellent communication skills, a personable nature and familiarity with London market and an ability to take the business forward.

• Previous residential sales experience essential
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High level of customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full UK driving license required
• Knowledge of the London market
