Working hours:

• As a Sales Negotiator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturday 10:00 - 1:00 pm

Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

• Basic up to £24,000
• OTE £28,000+
• Structure career progression
• Ongoing training and support

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Sales Negotiator experience
• Results-driven individual
• Exceptional rapport-building skills
• Full Driving Licence and own vehicle
• Team-Player

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

• Driving new business
• Scheduling viewings
• Negotiating
• Delivering exceptional customer
• Achieving/exceeding set KPI’s
• Build and upkeep strong working relationships with customers, 3rd parties and colleagues.
• Uploading, advertising and accurately listing properties
• Sales progression from start to finish.
• Delivering excellent customer service
