We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our client and their extremely successful team in Northwich, Cheshire.

Working hours:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work full time

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Up to £22,000 Basic
• £45,000 OTE (uncapped)
• A company car/allowance
• 5 months of supplementary payments to help you build your pipeline
• Uncapped commission
• Being enrolled onto a fully-funded training course that will let you gain the Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

• Worked within the role previously.
• Basic IT skills
• Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
• Strong customer service skills
• A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
• Ability to close business
• Personable

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
