Sales Negotiator

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 6 months experience to join a high performing Sales team. The company pride themselves on offering a high level of customer service, they are a very reputable company and because of this get lots of repeat business.

The ideal candidate will be a mature, well spoken and well presented individual. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:

• Basic £18,000 to £20,000
• OTE £30,000 to £32,000
• 5 day Mon to Fri position working every other Saturday
• On-site parking

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Sales Negotiator role
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car
