Salary: £15'000 + generous commission (22k guaranteed for first 3 months whilst pipeline building) £33,000-39,000 OTE

Job Description: As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in facilitating property sales and supporting our clients throughout the buying process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and matching them with suitable properties from our portfolio.
  • Conducting property viewings and showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive and target-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Working Hours and Holidays:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.45am to 5.30pm.
  • Saturdays: 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (1 in 2 Saturdays).
  • 20 days of holiday per annum.
  • Holiday is not permitted a week either side of 1st July or mid-September to mid-December due to the busy student season.
  • The company does not generally open between Christmas and New Year.

Dress Code:

  • Business smart attire.
