Sales Negotiator or Valuer

Extremely sought after, high calibre Estate Agency in Exeter City Centre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Valuer , to work in the Exeter and surrounding area with superb earning potential. Join their team of experienced Estate Agents in their beautiful city centre office with realistic earnings in the region of £33-50,000 depending on experience.

With current sales or valuing experience, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated hard-working individual with a minimum of one years’ experience as a sales negotiator in the mid-to-upper sector of the market either locally or relocating into the area from a busy market location.

Working with an experienced award-winning team, with a trusted reputation and proven track record of success over several decades, the successful candidate must be in a position to start selling and potentially valuing straight away (although the valuing side can be developed so not essential).
