Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team.

Location: Lincoln, UK

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About The Client:

Our client is a thriving tourist attraction based in Lincoln with a diverse range of services and outlets including physical and online retail spaces, onsite café and guided tours.

As the business grows, they are looking to expand their outreach outside of the Lincoln area to demonstrate to the rest of the UK and further afield why they need to come to visit!

Sales & Marketing Manager – The Role:

They are seeking a dynamic marketing professional with a strong business-to-consumer (B2C) background to lead their commercial operations and drive them to new heights.

You will have the opportunity to take the lead on their entire marketing strategy and coordinate events to promote them and their brand.

Sales & Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Establishing a digital footprint and retailing products directly to customers online

- Leveraging social media platforms to market products and upcoming events

- Coordinating events and ensuring on-site sales of attraction merchandise to guests

- Overseeing the operations of the gift shop, events coordination, and other staff under your responsibility

- Develop and execute budgets, overseeing documentation management and submission

- Keep department heads informed about objectives, goals, and project progress

Sales & Marketing Manager – You:

- Robust experience in B2C marketing, with a bias towards tourism and destination marketing preferred

- Proficiency in promoting products through online and in-person channels

- Prior experience in event coordination

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

- Strong organisational aptitude and adept at project planning and execution

- A degree in Marketing or a similar field would be advantageous
