Sales Manager

Day-to-day of the role:- Drive overall store contribution through effective sales, margin, and KPI management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, from welcoming customers to managing the rota and resolving queries.
- Coach and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the smooth running of the store, including stock management, store administration, and compliance with best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to set high standards and clear expectations.

- Strong business acumen with a focus on commercial improvements.
- Ability to work smartly and efficiently, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
